The first true complete Poliform home in Malta. Custom-made by Poliform and Poliform Contract, exclusively represented by onepercent, and designed by Arch. Sandro Valentino for Valentino Architects – this Duplex Penthouse is all finished in oak wood, floor to ceiling wood cladding and Semi-reflective bronze glass. All the doors are integrated within the wood cladding to give a seamless aesthetic to this contemporary space.
The complements where chosen in materials of the highest quality and category from the marble and black elm wood of the bedside tables to the nabuk leather on the beds, sofa and chairs. The details of the leather in the furniture, the iconic armchairs and their rich fabrics as well as the beautiful wardrobes in each bedroom turn this space into a carefully curated home with rich detailing and style.
The kitchen, the latest Poliform model called Artex, is also in the same black elm of the dining room and complements. It is further accentuated by the continuation of the semi-reflective glass used throughout the penthouse, that is here designed as the kitchen tall units. These components have integrated LED lighting and pull out doors, allowing the space the elegance it deserves.  All of these elements are custom-made and purposely designed by the architect. This unique Poliform kitchen all comes together with the beautiful Saint Laurent grey marble top on the island, cut at a 45° angle at the edge – another subtle detail that catches the eye.
The bathrooms feature another two brands from onepercent: Radomente for all the fittings and bathroom accessories in matt solid stainless steel; and Ideagroup for the sanitary-ware and baths made from crystalplant that is a matt seamless material. The bathrooms are also equipped with black, sleek towel warmers by Antrax that have a unique design because of the thin rods and matt black finish.
