Onepercent Group was also assigned the project of furnishing the site of a historic fort in Malta. This high-end residential complex comprises luxury seafront apartments for rent whose interiors are now endowed with high-quality furniture.
Onepercent designed and installed the bedrooms, living-rooms, dining-rooms, flooring and kitchens using some of the most reliable Italian brands such as Poliform among others.

Malta’s leading firearm and ammunition retailer entrusted Onepercent with the design of all its high-end office space and opulent showroom interiors, featuring:
• Decking;
• Integrated lighting systems to enhance the products displayed in the windows;
• Discreet tailor-made transparent Plexiglas fittings so that the attention remains visual on the products displayed;
• Showroom shelving;
• Office units & partitions.
Onepercent also managed to design furniture for weapons with an integrated security system.

Onepercent provided the decking and some of the furniture of one of Malta’s newest marinas, featuring floating pontoons and fingers to provide easy berthing for vessels up to 15 metres. We were engaged in the installation of the decking as the floor had no level. Our team of experts have risen up to the challenge of installing steels of different levels to leverage the floor and make it even.
